Our Fitness Activity Cards contain five categories: Warm Up, Activity, Cool Down, Meditation, and Circuit. For a varied exercise set, shuffle and draw random cards from the first four categories. Each card includes an illustration for clarity as well as a timing suggestion. For a more structured session, draw a Circuit card, which will suggest a specific number of exercise cards to draw and how many sets to complete (sometimes using the included jump rope!). Our Junior Activity Cards make exercising at home fun for kids ages 4 to 11. Two decks of Move! cards include exercise suggestions that are as easy to understand as they are to execute. A large foam die to determine sets and a sand timer make the challenge even more engaging, and the included mesh bag means kids can take their cards on the go.
