To win this game, you'd better talk fast! Jabber Jaw is a high-speed description game revolving around a surprisingly fun literary device: alliteration, or "the repetition of the same letter or sound at the beginning of several words that are close together." To play, one player must describe or mime alliterative phrases to their teammates…without using any of the alliterative words in the phrase. For example: If the phrase is "my tortoise is tiny," the describer might say, "my shelled animal is very small." Every phrase correctly guessed in a 60-second period moves the team closer to the finish line. Be prepared for a lot of shouting, laughing, gesticulating, tonguetwisting fun! For 4 or more players ages 12 and up.
