As a result, he is suspended from his job and thrown out of his home (an abandoned chicken coop). But the intrepid Israel is determined to clear his name and discover the whereabouts of the missing Mr. Dixon. The story is told with great wit in a lighthearted manner that will delight the reader in every way. There has never been such an unlikely sleuth as Israel Armstrong.
